Our Method
The firm, founded by Attorneys Sergio Fidanzia and Angelo Gigliola, operates mainly in the areas of administrative law, European Union law, civil contract law and the law of regulated sectors, such as airports, energy, postal services, telecommunications and transportation, in which its team of professionals has gained qualified expertise and experience. in these areas, thereby allowing us to provide across-the-board assistance to public administrations and entities, public and private companies and individuals. Our clients are closely followed during every step of the judicial process, via both consultancy (also in collaboration with external experts specialised in engineering, environmental matters, taxes and economics) and legal assistance before any judicial body. Indeed, we provide legal assistance in cases heard before all Italian, European Union and International Courts, as well as Arbitration Panels and Regulatory Authorities. The Firm has a traditional, “boutique law firm” approach and maintains direct and stable relationships with its clients.
Our Offices
Our offices are located inside a neo-baroque building designed by the engineer Giulio Gra in 1929. Situated in Rome’s elegant Parioli district running alongside the Tiber River. The building is characterised by monumental “altane”, a large ashlared entrance and colonnaded galleries. Visitors are greeted by the Latin phrase “Nil difficile volenti” (“Nothing is difficult for those who want it”).
