Sergio Fidanzia (founding partner) is a lawyer admitted to practice before the Higher Courts. He is an expert in Administrative and EU Law, beginning his career in 2001 as an intern for Prof. Avv. Giuseppe Guarino. He has to his credit countless extrajudicial and litigation assignments before the Administrative, EU and Civil Justice Bodies. He has recognised expertise in Energy Law (specifically Renewable Energy), Environmental Law, Public and Private Procurement Law and Concession Relationships, Project Financing Procedures and Public-Private Partnerships. He also deals with European Union Law, carrying out judicial activities before the EU Courts. He has notable experience in Sports Law, public games, Town Planning Law and expropriation procedures, and in the field of accountability judgments. He carries out the functions of President of Technical Advisory Boards and of Commissions for the amicable agreement procedure, and is a member of various arbitration panels in the field of public contracts. He is a member of the Administrative Law Commission of the Rome Bar Association. He was a member of the Public Works Committee of the Lazio Region, operating as an expert in legal-administrative matters. He was a member of the Study Commission of the Lazio Region set up to draft a regional law proposal governing public contracts for works, services and supplies. He has served as legal adviser to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers. Served as a staff member of the Legislative and Legal Department of the Electricity and Gas Authority. He has carried out research and consultancy activities at the Great Infrastructures Institute of Rome (IGI). He is a recipient of the prestigious “Toghe per l’Europa” award from the Rome Bar Association. He is the author of several publications and gives several speeches and lectures in his areas of expertise.
